VIP Code Policy:
VIP codes cannot be combined with additional discounts. VIP codes are not applicable on previously invoiced registrations.
Attendance as a general attendee at this event is reserved for DOE, NRC, and other government agency contractors, program managers, and all other federal, state, and local government employees. Vendors, service providers, and manufacturers are encouraged to register as a sponsor or exhibitor, which includes access to the general sessions and content provided during the program. If you are identified as a potential sponsoring/exhibiting company, you will be contacted by a member of our team regarding sponsorship and exhibiting opportunities.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made before April 30, 2018 will be subject to a cancellation fee of $300. Registrants who do not cancel prior to April 30, 2018 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment of non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients. Discounts will not be applied to current registrations. No refunds will be granted after April 30, 2018.
Registrations can be altered and edited up until the badge is printed. Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Substitutions may be made at any time for the confirmed registrants of the 2018 Decommissioning Strategy Forum; however, printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the event. Notice of substitution must be made be made in writing by the original registrant to email@example.com.
