We will delve into the history and definition of Integrated Deterrence, explore the broader implications of multi-domain response, and identify implications to nuclear deterrence mission execution. The focus will be on the potential impact of Integrated Deterrence on the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) program, Department of Defense (DOD), and foreign policy. Leading experts will engage in an interactive dialog covering a myriad of tactical aspects including: the need for continuation of recapitalization, the need for rapid technology insertion, and the need for workforce development and readiness.
The key takeaway will be a greater understanding of the implications of Integrated Deterrence in context to the major challenges of maintaining full triad capability amidst recapitalization, the need for swift program execution, and the reconstitution of the nuclear workforce within the dynamic nature of the three-party nuclear peer challenge.
Speakers will address what recent and evolving developments in the threat space are driving transformation and changes in perspectives as related to Integrated Deterrence.
