How do I register?

How much does it cost to attend and what does it include?

The prices are listed here. Registration includes access to all sessions, networking opportunities and access to speaker videos/presentations

What kinds of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via credit card and check via our online registration. Register here.

What if I have a discount code?

Discount codes must be applied when you register. Only one discount code can be honored per transaction.

Do you offer group rates?

Yes, when two-four people register in a group, each additional person will receive 15% off the cost of registration by using code GROUP when registering online. If you are interested in sending five or more people to the Summit, please contact Beth Wagner at bwagner@acccessintel.com to get information on reduced registrations for your group.

How can I become a sponsor?

When will speaker presentations be released?

Speaker presentations will be emailed to all registered attendees within two weeks post-Summit.

I’m part of the media. How can I get a press pass?

The Summit provides members of the press with exclusive access to experts, leaders and executives speaking at the event. To qualify for press credentials, you must: Be affiliated with a nationally or regionally recognized or industry-relevant media outlet, or hold an editorial title. To register for press credentials, or for media-related questions, please contact Beth Wagner at bwagner@acccessintel.com.

I am registered, but cannot attend. Can I cancel or transfer my registration?

You my transfer your registration. Registrations can be altered and edited up until May 31, 2022. Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Substitutions may be made at any time for the confirmed registrants of the 2022 RadWaste Summit. Notice of substitution must be made be made in writing by the original registrant to bwagner@accessintel.com.

Conference cancellations: All conference registrations are non-refundable. In the case you need to cancel, a credit will be issued for our 2023 event. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants.
