The Summit is held at the Crystal Gateway Marriott, 1700 Richmond Hwy, Arlington, VA 22202. We're offering a discounted summit rate of $229 per night plus applicable taxes.

This year, reservations are booked and managed through Connections Housing, the official housing partner for NDS 2027, rather than directly through the Marriott. Booking through the official link still earns your Marriott loyalty points, and the discounted rate is only available through this channel.

Connections Housing is the only authorized housing vendor for NDS 2027. Unauthorized companies may contact attendees with cheaper rates or imply an affiliation with this event — past attendees have lost money on reservations that were never honored. Do not share payment information with any company other than Connections Housing. If you're contacted by someone else, email NDS@connectionshousing.com to verify before you book.

Registration prices are listed on this page. Registration includes access to all sessions, plus continental breakfast, lunch, break beverages and snacks, and receptions.

NDS 2027 is an in-person-only conference. We do not offer virtual attendance, livestreaming, or on-demand access to sessions after the event. To take part in the discussions, network with the community, and access session content, you'll need to join us onsite at the Crystal Gateway Marriott.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts and do not apply to previously invoiced registrations.

The Summit offers press credentials to media affiliated with a nationally or regionally recognized outlet, or to individuals holding an editorial title. To apply or for media questions, contact Beth Wagner.

General attendee registration is reserved for DOE, DoD, and other government agency contractors, engineers, scientists, and program managers, along with federal, state, and local government employees. Vendors, service providers, and manufacturers should register as a sponsor or exhibitor, which includes access to general sessions and program content. Companies identified as potential sponsors or exhibitors will be contacted directly by our team.

The deadline to cancel for a full refund is December 11, 2026. All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the original registrant to clientservices@accessintel.com. After December 11, 2026, registrations may still be transferred to another individual, but they are no longer eligible for a refund. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If Access Intelligence cancels or postpones the event for any reason, Access Intelligence is not responsible for airfare or other travel costs incurred by registrants.

Registrations can be edited up until January 8, 2027. Access Intelligence treats the information in the registration system, not any confirmation email, as the current and valid record. Substitutions may be made at any time for confirmed 2027 Nuclear Deterrence Summit registrants; however, printed badges are non-transferable once collected onsite. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing by the original registrant to bwagner@accessintel.com.

By attending the Nuclear Deterrence Summit, you're entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording will occur. Your presence at the event constitutes consent to be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded, and to the release, publication, or reproduction of that media for any purpose in connection with Access Intelligence and its initiatives — including on websites, in social media, and in news and advertising, in perpetuity. By entering the event premises, you waive any claims related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including rights to inspect or approve the recording, claims of invasion of privacy or violation of publicity rights, defamation, copyright infringement, or fees for use of such media.
