USACE Kansas City Issues Notice for IDIQ Remediation Contracts

The Army Corps of Engineers’ Kansas City Office issued a pre-solicitation notice yesterday for up to 10 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity remediation contracts with a maximum shared capacity of $185 million. The contract will support work across the Corps projects such as remediation work for the Northwestern Division, Southwestern Division, and South Pacific Division, for hazardous, toxic and radioactive waste remediation projects for both civilian and military agencies including the Corps’ Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP). According to the pre-solicitation notice, “Evaluation of proposals will be performed on a quote mark trade-off best value quote mark basis. Contracts will have a base period of three years and an option to extend the contract for an additional two-year period. The contracts awarded will include firm-fixed price and cost reimbursement task orders for a wide range of Pre-placed Remedial Action Contract.” The Corps expects to issue a solicitation on or after Sept. 19.
