DUANE SCHMOKER, JIM HALL TO LEAVE URS

As part of a reorganization of URS’ Global Management and Operation Services Group, executives Duane Schmoker and Jim Hall will be leaving the company, WC Monitor has learned. Schmoker, vice president of the energy and science strategic business unit, has been with URS and its legacy companies for 23 years and will be leaving in early May. Hall works in business development for GMOS. URS declined to comment yesterday.

NEW: Via public records request, I’ve been able to confirm reporting today that a warrant has been issued for DOE deputy asst. secretary of spent fuel and waste disposition Sam Brinton for another luggage theft, this time at Las Vegas’s Harry Reid airport. (cc: @EMPublications)
