By ExchangeMonitor

In a Wednesday afternoon panel discussion, government and industry representatives will discuss high-level waste cleanup at the Savannah River and Hanford sites: projects anointed as top priorities across the Energy Department’s weapons complex in the White House’s fiscal 2017 budget request.

The jumping-off point of the discussion, scheduled for 1:30 p.m to 3:10 p.m. in Room 103AB,  is: “doing more with what we have.” Speakers include: William Condon, One System Manager, Washington River Protection Solutions; Stuart MacVean, President and Project Manager, Savannah River Remediation; Steve Schneider, Acting Director, Office of Waste Processing, U.S. DOE Office of Environmental Management; and Frederic Bailly, Country Director, USA, International Projects, AREVA Federal Services.
