AECOM to Announce Third Quarter 2014 Earnings Today

AECOM is set to announce today its third quarter 2014 financial results. Likely to be discussed during today’s call with investors is AECOM’s announced plan to purchase URS in a deal estimated to be worth approximately $6 billion. The two companies currently expect to complete the transaction this fall. Today’s earnings call is scheduled to be held at noon Eastern time, and a webcast can be accessed here.
