Centrus Energy Corp. will hold its annual shareholder meeting this Thursday, May 7, and expects to release its first quarter 2015 results the day before. Notably, this will be the first shareholder meeting for the uranium enrichment firm since it completed Chapter 11 bankruptcy restructuring last fall, changed its name from USEC to Centrus and hired as CEO former Deputy Energy Secretary Dan Poneman in March. “We look forward to shareholder participation at the annual meeting when President and Chief Executive Officer Daniel B. Poneman will provide his perspective on the Company’s future and its role in the nuclear fuel industry,” states a Centrus release. The meeting will be webcast here.
