July:

22: Meeting: A meeting of the Savannah River Site Citizens Advisory Board, which will be livestreamed, is scheduled to start at 9 a.m. Eastern Time from the  Center for African American History, Art and Culture, 120 York Street NE, Aiken, South Carolina 29801. 

23: Nuclear energy panel starting at 8:30 a.m. from National Press Club in Washington, D.C. 

30:  Waste Isolation Pilot Plant community forum available online starting at 4 p.m. Mountain Time. 

31: Huntington Ingalls Industries, Newport News, Va., will report its second quarter earnings results, the company said in a press release. A conference call with Wall Street analysts will be webcast at 9 a.m. Eastern Time.

01 : Fluor, Irving, Texas, is scheduled to report its financial performance for the quarter ending June 30 on Aug. 1. Fluor will webcast its conference call with analysts at 8:30 a.m. E.T.

NEW: Via public records request, I’ve been able to confirm reporting today that a warrant has been issued for DOE deputy asst. secretary of spent fuel and waste disposition Sam Brinton for another luggage theft, this time at Las Vegas’s Harry Reid airport. (cc: @EMPublications)
