An article in Tuesday’s Weapons Complex Morning Briefing incorrectly stated a federal jury’s finding in September 2019 regarding the reason why a former employee of Energy Department contractor Savannah River Remediation was not rehired. The jury awarded Adrienne Saulsberry $1.475 million on the grounds that the contractor withheld employment even though she engaged in protected activity.
