A five-acre grass fire broke out near the Department of Energy’s Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in Livermore, Calif. Monday, a local news outlet reported.

The lab fire broke out at 1 p.m. Pacific time Monday. It started on Greenville Road near Patterson Pass Road, according to a July 21 article by a local Patch newsletter.

As of 2:11 p.m. firefighters were conducting a mop-up of the fire, and any incoming fire resources were cancelled. A reason for the fire starting has not been uncovered yet, according to the report.
