Jacobs Announces Expanded Roles for 2 Managers

By ExchangeMonitor

Dallas-based Jacobs Engineering on Monday named Bill Pragada as its president and chief operating officer overseeing global operations, and said Kevin Berryman will be appointed president and chief financial officer.

As president and COO, Pragada will still lead Jacobs’ Buildings, Infrastructure and Advanced Facilities (BIAF) business. The executive vice president and COO for Aerospace, Technology and Nuclear (ATN) business, Dawne Hickton, will report to Pragada. The ATN unit includes Jacobs’ U.S. Energy Department business, including subsidiary CH2M.

Berryman, who previously held the title of executive vice president and CFO, will also manage Jacobs’ Digital and Information Technology business.

Both moves take effect Dec. 1.

Pragada held several management jobs at Jacobs between 2006 and 2015. After leaving Jacobs for a year to serve as president and CEO of the Brock Group, a North American provider of industrial services, he rejoined Jacobs. Berryman joined Jacobs in 2015 as CFO, after being the chief financial officer for six years at International Flavors and Fragrances.

Jacobs is a leading engineering, construction, and professional services company with a large footprint in the DOE weapons complex.
