Here’s a look at the events we’ll be following this week:
- On June 11-12, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is holding its 2013 Fuel Cycle Information Exchange meeting, which will involve presentations from NRC Chair Allison Macfarlane and other Commission and industry officials. The meeting is scheduled to be held at the U.S Nuclear Regulatory Commission Auditorium in Rockville, Md.

- On June 13, former NNSA Administrator Linton Brooks and Defense Department Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical and Biological Defense Programs John Harvey will give a speech at the Capitol Hill Club as part of the Peter Huessy Congressional Breakfast Seminar Series. The breakfast starts at 8 am.
- On June 14, new Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz is scheduled to testify before the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Energy and Power on DOE’s Fiscal Year 2014 budget request. The hearing is scheduled to be held at 10 a.m. in Room 2123 of the Rayburn House Office Building in Washington.
