MERRICK ACQUIRES KM NG

Engineering firm Merrick and Company yesterday announced the acquisition of K.M. Ng & Associates, Inc., of San Antonio, Texas. “I’m excited to announce that K.M. Ng is now a part of Merrick & Company,” David Huelskamp, CEO and President of Merrick, said in a statement. “With this team of experts, Merrick will enhance its capabilities in engineering and continue to offer outstanding, comprehensive design solutions.” KM plans to relocate to Merrick’s San Antonio office to serve its clients in Texas.
