New NRC open records app is coming, comments wanted

By ExchangeMonitor

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission planned a virtual public meeting to take comments about a planned redesign of its online public records system, the agency said Wednesday.

The agency planned to host the Microsoft Teams meeting May 21 to discuss a replacement for its web-based Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). Members of the public can sign up to attend the meeting at the agency’s website. The public may also make comments during the meeting.

“The NRC will use the input and feedback to help develop a modern application that will be called ADAMS Public Search,” the agency wrote in a Wednesday notice published in the existing ADAMS system.
