By ExchangeMonitor

The National Nuclear Security Administration’s (NNSA) Office of Nuclear Weapons Stockpile will extend for one month its contract with TechSource Inc. for technical and analytical support services, according to a notice posted this week.

The modification extends the current task order from Nov. 12, 2016, to Dec. 11, 2016, adding $41,352.34 to the current ceiling price of $2.4 million. TechSource will provide technical support for NNSA’s directed stockpile work management support systems, operations and maintenance, and inventory reporting. The company will also support defense programs forecasting and analyses, nuclear weapons stockpile requirements and planning, and surveillance, according to the notice.

TechSource also offers technical support to other areas within the NNSA, which includes nuclear weapons policy advisory services, nuclear science and engineering, analyses of alternatives for lithium and tritium production, and infrastructure and facilities management.
