The National Nuclear Security Administration’s (NNSA) Office of Major Modernization Programs will extend for six months its contract with TechSource Inc. for technical support services, according to a notice posted Wednesday.
TechSource received its current task order in August 2013 with an August 2016 expiration date and a ceiling of $3.58 million. The company’s work under the contract has included “providing subject matter expertise on information models for managing and tracking portfolio execution; analyzing current and previous infrastructure management best practices; developing briefing materials for senior leadership,” and related tasks, the notice said.
The NNSA’s latest modification extends the company’s performance period to Feb. 11, 2017, for an additional $362,041.81. TechSource will continue to provide support on information and data management, construction management, infrastructure and facilities management, and program capability-based investments.
The agency’s major modernization operations include its warhead life-extension programs and its major construction projects.
