The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is hosting its 28th annual Regulatory Information Conference this week, kicking off Tuesday with presentations from commissioners and senior officials.
Held at the Bethesda North Hotel and Conference Center, Tuesday’s event will begin at 7 a.m. Commission Chairman Stephen Burns, Director for the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation Bill Dean, and Executive Director for Operations Victor McCree are all scheduled to appear during the opening session. Commissioners Kristine L. Svinicki and Bill Ostendorff will appear during the second sessions, followed by technical briefings in the afternoon.
