Nuclear contractors to report earnings in coming weeks

Several publicly-traded companies doing business within the Department of Energy weapons complex are scheduled to report earnings in the coming weeks.

Here is a rundown of currently scheduled earnings releases and conference calls. 

July 31: Huntington Ingalls Industries, Newport News, Va., will report its second quarter earnings results, the company said in a press release. A conference call with Wall Street analysts will be webcast at 9 a.m. Eastern Time. 

Aug. 1 : Fluor, Irving, Texas, is scheduled to report its financial performance for the quarter ending June 30 on Aug. 1. Fluor will webcast its conference call with analysts at 8:30 a.m. E.T.

Aug. 4: BWX Technologies, Lynchburg, Va., will report its second quarter earnings on Aug. 4. BWXT plans to hold its conference call with analysts at 5 p.m. E.T. 

Aug. 5: Leidos, Reston, Va., will report earnings for the quarter ended July 4 on  Aug. 5. The company’s earnings call is scheduled for 8 a.m. E.T. on Aug. 5. 

Aug. 6: Parsons, Chantilly, Va., will release its second quarter earnings report on Aug. 6. The company’s conference call with Wall Street analysts is scheduled for 8 a.m. E.T. 

Aug. 6: Amentum, Chantilly, Va., will report its earnings for the quarter ended June 27 on Aug. 6. Amentum’s conference call with analysts will be webcast live at 8:30 a.m. E.T.

The companies are involved in various joint ventures that collectively have billions of dollars worth of business with DOE’s Office of Environmental Management and DOE’s semi-autonomous National Nuclear Security Administration.
