The Texas Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Compact Commission will hold a hybrid meeting on Thursday and hear a report from Waste Control Specialists (WCS) President David Carlson.
Calrson will present a report on recent site operations at Andrews, Texas-based WCS. The WCS report will include status and schedule of construction of additional capacity, according to the meeting agenda.
The meeting is scheduled for 10 a.m. Central Standard Time at 1502 West Avenue Austin, Texas 78701 on the first floor conference room. It can also be viewed through this Zoom link.
The commission will also consider possible action on three import applications and one export application at the meeting.
Texas and Vermont are party states of the Texas Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Compact Commission.
