TSAY Professional Services Wins ID/IQ for LANL Construction and Regulatory Work

The Department of Energy yesterday awarded an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity master contract to TSAY Professional Services for general construction and environmental regulatory support at Los Alamos National Laboratory. The contract, which fell under the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program, will have a maximum value of $15 million over 5 years. The first task order for regulatory support will be issued at the same time as the contract award.  “The purpose of this task order is to obtain regulatory support services and technical expertise required to comply with the March 2005 Compliance Order on Consent, the Individual Permit for Stormwater, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Hazardous Waste Facility Permit, and other applicable compliance areas,” according to a DOE release.
