U.S. Ecology Names New Board Member

U.S. Ecology appointed Katina Dorton to its Board of Directors, the company announced yesterday. Dorton has 20 years of investment banking experience, and she currently serves as a partner at Corise Co., a merchant and banking advisory firm. “We are pleased to have Katina join our Board,” U.S. Ecology Board Chairman Stephen Romano said in a statement. “Her board experience advising public and private companies in securities law, corporate governance, investment banking, investor relations, regulatory disclosure and accounting will be a valuable addition to our growing organization.”
