Just Added! We have added the option for attendees to participate in a tour of the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) for September 6, 2016 before the start of the 2016 Radwaste Summit. The NNSS conducts high-hazard operations, testing, and training in support of the NNSA, the U.S. Department of Defense, and other agencies. Points of interest during the site tour include Mercury, NV, the Frenchman Flat, the Nonproliferation Test and Evaluation Complex, the Low-Level Radioactive Waste Management Site, the Sedan Center, the T-1 Training Area, and the Apple II Houses.

Plan to come early to the RadWaste Summit to attend this educational tour! Transportation will be arranged to and from the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa and the NNSS. Buses will depart at approximately 7:00 a.m. Tours begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. Attendance Policy

Attendance as a general attendee at this event is reserved for DOE, DoD, and other government agency contractors, engineers, scientists, program managers, and all other federal, state, and local government employees. Vendors, service providers, and manufacturers are encouraged to register as a sponsor or exhibitor, which includes access to the general sessions and content provided during the program. If you are identified as a potential sponsoring/exhibiting company, you will be contacted by a member of our team regarding sponsorship and exhibiting opportunities.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made after August 1, 2016 will be subject to a cancellation fee of $300. Registrants who do not cancel prior to August 1, 2016 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment of non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference. Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients. Discounts will not be applied to current registrations. No refunds will be granted after August 1, 2016. 

Substitution Policy

Registrations can be altered and edited up until the badge is printed. Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Substitutions may be made at any time for the confirmed registrants of the 2016 RadWaste Summit; however printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the event.
