By ExchangeMonitor

Chantilly, Va.-based Amentum has hired two new vice presidents, one for investor relations and one for operations.

Charles Grant, a longtime executive with roots in the Navy nuclear program, has been selected as senior vice president of operations for Amentum, he said this week on his LinkedIn page.

Separately, Amentum announced in an April 22 press release that Joseph DeNardi has joined the company as senior vice president and head of investor relations. DeNardi previously held senior level finance roles at Science Applications International, commonly known as SAIC, and understands the government services and defense sector, Amentum said in the release.

DeNardi replaces Nathan Rutledge who left the company to pursue other opportunities, according to the release.

Grant, formerly vice president of operations for ABM Industries, joined Amentum upper management this month, he said this week on his LinkedIn profile page. Grant has also held management posts at Gulf States Toyota, Cox Automotive and GE Energy, according to his LinkedIn profile.
