LOOKING AHEAD

Here’s a look at key events going on this week:
  • This week the Texas Compact Commission will meet Nov. 9 for the first time since its membership was reorganized in September The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. and will take place at the Texas State Capitol, Extension Room E2.012, and will also be webcast.
  • Waste Control Specialists is holding an opening ceremony celebration at its Andrews, Texas, facility Nov. 10.
  • EnergySolutions will release its third quarter earnings information Nov. 8, and plans to hold a conference call with investors at 10 a.m. ET that day.
