The National Nuclear Security Administration announced several management changes last week, moving Ken Sheely to a new leadership position in the agency’s Office of Infrastructure and Operations and shifting security official Frank Lowery to the Office of Management and Budget. Sheely will serve as the Program Executive Officer for the Office of Infrastructure and Operations after having served as the Assistant Associate Deputy Administrator for the Global Threat Reduction Initiative and the Materials Protection, Control and Accounting program. Lowery, who previously served as the Deputy Associate Administrator for Defense Nuclear Security, will take over as the Deputy Associate Administrator for Human Capital and Leadership Development in the Office of Management and Budget.
