The 2015 Waste Management Conference kicks off today in Phoenix. The conference will take place in the Phoenix Convention Center from March 15-19. Plenary speakers today include: Virginie Schwarz, Director for Energy at the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy in France; James Taylor, Executive Vice President and General Manager of AECOM Nuclear & Environment; and Mark Whitney, Acting Assistant Secretary for US DOE – Environmental Management (EM) Division.
