1 – Arms Control Association Annual Meeting. Virtual. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.), Rose Gottemoeller (former deputy secretary general of NATO, former assistant secretary for arms control, verification, and compliance) scheduled to speak. 12:30 p.m. – 3:10 p.m. Eastern time. 2-3 – U.S. Nuclear Waste Technical Review Board, Fall 2020 board meeting. The board will review the U.S. Department of Energy’s non-site-specific geologic disposal research and development program.
