Navy Secretary Ray Mabus and Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Jonathan Greenert yesterday announced the promotion of Capt. Jeffrey Trussler to rear admiral and his appointment to commander of the Undersea Warfighting Development Center in Groton, Conn. Trussler currently serves as the Deputy Director of Analysis and Requirements, N2/N6, in the Office of the CNO in Washington.
